Fall 2008 -- LEND ME A MENTOR in Shanghai, China! In Fall 2008, LEND ME A MENTOR, my most well-traveled short play, about a young writer who wants an old curmudgeon to be her mentor (and won't take no for an answer) will be produced in Missed Opportunity Productions' One-Act Play Festival in Shanghai, China. How cool is that?! My first production in Asia. This play has previously travelled across the U.S., up to Canada and down to South Africa... Ongoing... THE WAR PLAYS PROJECT I started the War Plays Project to explore the theater community's response to the War in Iraq. Over the course of the next year, there will be panel discussions, presentations of work and writing workshops. It is presented by me, in association with Moving Arts Theater Company. If you'd like to be involved (or attend), contact us at warplaysproject@gmail.com.
