August 2009: CINDERELLA'S MICE (book and additional lyrics by Justin, music and lyrics by Ben Morss), is published by Baker's Plays.
July 2009: Commissioned by the Ensemble Studio Theatre-Alfred P. Sloan Foundation to write a musical about Alexander Graham Bell with Fred Ebb Award-winning composer-lyricist Adam Gwon.
July 2009: HEAD GAMES is produced as part of the Rising Sun Performance Company's TWISTED, NYC.
June 2009: AMERICAN WHUP-ASS is published by Original Works Publishing.
June 2009: SCREWUPS: LITTLE PLAYS ABOUT BIG MISTAKES produced by Alabama's Birmingham Festival Theatre.
May 2009: THE MASKED ZINFANDEL (music by Peter Yarin) is featured in a BMI Workshop Master Class, moderated by Tom Jones (THE FANTASTICKS, 110 IN THE SHADE).
May 2009: PARENT INTERVIEW starts a six-week run as part of Circus Theatricals' Circus Theatricals' 14th Annual Ten Minute Play Festival in Los Angeles.
April 2009: "Just Some Guy," from THE MASKED ZINFANDEL, is featured in the NEO5 Benefit Concert at the York Theatre, NYC.
